Delivery Information

We will attempt to despatch orders placed before 11.00am the same day unless it is a busy time and it could take a day or two. If your order is urgent then please do let us know and we will make every effort to get it out to you as quickly as possible. If you decide to pay by cheque we will despatch your goods after your cheque has cleared. If an item is out of stock you will be informed by email. Although we try and keep good stock levels we can't predict who will order what quantites and when.

For orders over £75, postage and packaging is FREE.

For orders under £75 a flat rate of £3.95 is charged. If you are just wanting to purchase 1 nappy or wrap - please email us prior to ordering and we will charge you postage at cost (approx £1.50). For heavy or bulky products however, you may find an additional postage cost at checkout, we try to keep these as low as possible for you.
